MAGIC CARPET
I am not sure what the difference between revelife and xanga is, but here goes...just a shortie....
Tonight I attended a Bible study that really opened my eyes to my faithlessness!
Yes, that's right. I realized that I had been placing myself on the cushy rug of belief that my world was safe and secure, that someone I love dearly was not going to leap from the edge of our magic carpet into the unknown and that somehow we had made it past the difficult times relatively unscathed. Ha! And that is not a funny Ha!
With 2 Chronicles 7:14 at the ready, I am repenting from my faithlessness and unbelief. I am trusting God for His solution to this issue. I am bending my head down to His sovereignty as I kneel on a more threadbare but nonetheless more secure carpet cradled in God's hand.

that verse has been a major part of my Bible studies and my prayer life. there is a song i love that says "remember your children, remember your people, remember your promise, O God." keep trusting God, and keep on praying. i am, too! =)
